Don't you just love it when you when you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and see changes you didn't see the night before? Well my lower pecs are an area of my body that needed some help. After a month or so of just seriously concentrating on the lower area (decline bench and dips dips dips dips dips)in my chest routine I have finally seen some changes. That nipple hang that I used to have is subtely going away because I am adding bulk on the bottom of my pecs. I do about 120 minutes of cardio a week as well. There isn't a better forum to share my story with because I've learned alot from you guys; especially bb1fit. Thank you all ;-)

You are so right, is there anything better than seeing results from determination and work paying off!! Dips, heavy, are awesome for lower chest developement, plus an oldie but goodie that noone seems to do anymore, and that is heavy pullovers. Great job, glad to hear the successes! Keep going, you know how to reach your goals, determination and more determination!

Yes! Congratulations! I remeber when all I wanted was some triceps definition. It builds from there! It is so motivating to see those muscles coming out of hiding!

That sounds great. Keep up the good work. And yes, I also enjoy the changes I have had too and working on making some more.
