Dosage please help cant find 4 my weight

Help, I just bought the body fortress high performance creatine and it says take for the loading, 4 times a day which will equal 20 grams, that says adults. Im 15 turning 16 in june and I weight 135lbs, 6ft tall and I am going to start working out tomarrow morning, and I was wondering how many grams of creatine should I take for my weight? Also does creatine stunt your growth? and in that chart it shows 143-163lbs (10grams per/day)
Also what would be a good maintenese for my weight too?

first of all, if you are just starting to work out, get your diet sorted first,
Only use Creatine once/if you hit a plateue and need that extra boost, for time being
work hard and eat right, you will see good results.
save your money for now

take 3-5 grams a day ...after 30 days you'll be fully loaded....20 grams a day for 5 days is a bit too much stress on the kidneys......

and as xxraj already pointed out....you're still just starting out so the basic will give you most of the results....training, nutrition, sleep.....creatine is unncessary at this stage...save the money

Well I'm still wondering how much I take a day? Im on 10 grams so far, Ive already worked out twice today and money isnt really an object since I already bought the creatine and opened it. Should I still take 2 later today, one or just stay with 2 times a day with 10 grams as a total per/day.
