tilt you head up tight and move your jaw up and down it really does work it just takes time you should be able to feel it work.Do this anytime you want at work at home anytime you feel like it.
When I first started lifting I got in the habit of sticking my chin out and stretching it with each rep. That has helped tighten the skin as I have lost weight. It does get smaller with weight loss, and diet is key for that as rpacheco said.
