Hey guys, since I have started to workout heavy my neck size has grown and thats great, but now I am starting to see a serious double chin starting to happen. I did not notice it until I looked at photos of my self. I guess when I look in the mirror I am always looking up. hahaha. Is there any exercise that will be helpful?

I wouldn't think that should be happening from weight training. How is your diet?

usually the skin would sag under the chin if you gain muscle and loose fat. But not get a double chin.

If you are putting on fatty tissue, it doesn't care where it goes. Again, if you are on a gaining(bulking) diet, you may need to back off for a while,or at least modify your intake.

Just follow the 12 weeks muscle mass routine, eat healthy and sleeeeep well and then you'll see, your problem will fast be gone with the wind!!! (o; (at least I hope!!)

My body is basically firm all over it just seems to be around my neck that it wants to collect. Its not out of proportion but I would like to have a jaw line again. The bad thing I guess was looking at a drivers license picture 5 yers ago and looking at one now. But I guess many people have that problem after 25.

Are you getting older?? seems to happen to men as they get older. hehe
