im 15 i work out 5 days a week and would like to know what drink mixes are right for me.

Just eat. Forget the drink mixes. Food is your choice, there is nothing out there in a package or a can that can do more for you right now.

Taking advice from a 13-year-old over a competitive bodybuilder is smart. At 13, I knew everything, too. Get real, man. Open your eyes. I train 14 - 19 year olds for weightlifting competitions. NONE on my guys take anything but food. But hey, what do I know...?
