how much does a gallon of water weight?
the density of the water is one , with means 1 kg per liter, that is to say, if one gallon is 4 liters, a gallon of water weight 4 kg.

water is the same amount everyday...
you drink, then you piss
the best thing you can do is weight yourself early in hte morning or at the same hour everyday.
