Man ~ they do not go together. I started drinking about 8 years ago with the gang at work. Now I'm the proud owner of my own business but I still drink with the gang ~ oh wait, I AM THE GANG. 6 - 8 glass of wine every night have made it impossible for me to look at myself in the mirror without cringing! So how do you give up the booze to gain back the bod?

ummm do you need professional help to get off the booze? if not just start by cutting back or choose to go cold turkey. switching from drinking to an alternate, healthier way to relax like exercise will benefit you in many ways.

I drank a 12 pack of heineken everynight for atleast a year straight. I gained about 80 lbs in 1 1/2 years. For me that was motivation enough. All I can say is you need to find something to occupy your time during the night. Just start working out and make goals. Once I started working out I realized that the drinking was taking a lot away from what I was doing. I wish I didnt waste the time drinking, but I learned a good lesson.
