I've just signed up on this site about two weeks ago. There is so much information in the message board alone. You want to find out something, bam there are probably 50 or more posts on exactly what you are looking for. I could spend hours every day just sifting through the wealth of knowledge that everyone has given out. This is exactly what I've been looking for.
Ok so a quick short about me. I'm a 27-divorced male with two children, 7-year-old daughter and soon to be 5-year-old son. During my divorce I gained a lot of weight and was up to 230-235lbs, after going to the gym I am now down to ~195lbs and trying to loose a little more and tone up. I've decided to switch professions and am going back to school at night, which limits my days to work out, and food was always a factor. When I paid good money to have a trainer evaluate me to help me out with a diet, I was told to "Just eat better" But with the help of posts on this site I have been able to create a better diet to push me over my plateau. Anywho...Hi, great site, looking forward to learning even more to help with my goals.

Sorry if that sounded a little disorganized. I’m currently at work and kept being interrupted so I would loose my train of thought. How dare they try to make me work at work.

LOL Thats why I love working from home. Tho some days I don't get alot done here either:big_smile:
On the one day a week I go to the office I still don't get much done cause no one has seen me all week and needs filled in on what I've been doing.
Sounds like you are highly motivated, thats a very good thing.
Have a great day,
Leslie
