Just wanted to pass along a tip my wife passed on to me. I really should listen to her more often. My wife suggested I try a " reverse pyramid" or drop down sets for a change up of routine. Simply stated, stack on a slightly higher weight (using small increment plates) than you would use for your regular 6-10 range. Start by doing as many reps as you can, going basically to failure. Then start dropping plates off each side, one at a time, and continue doing reps with no break in between. What an amazing pump! I have tried it with sevral different body parts, and the results are the same. Granted, I don't think you could do this every day, or even every week. It really takes you almost BEYOND failure. Give it a try, I'm sure you'll love it!

i use those sets for most of my chest exercises and also some of my bicep exercises and squats. it really does give a crazy workout. i got down to like 60 lbs. and it felt so heavy just trying to get it up on like 11th rep
