Hi, I am curious how fast some of you have dropped percents of body fat, and what it took!!!!! Its the season to get motivated!!! Thanks in Advance

Try doing HIIT, eating a clean diet and lifting heavy weight with good form. You can lose a percentage a week, once you havwe you metabolism going.

what exactly is HIIT .. does it stand for something or is it just basically what u said above eating clean and lifting heavy in good form..? i basically do that now and my metabolism going high now i ainta ectomorph (body type)
but i aint really losing fat i think.. lol as far as looks and also a couple weeks back i gained about 10 kilos which is about 22 pounds in about 8 days.. and 3 of that is suppoislby fat so 7 is liquids and muscle does that sound right to you guys??? or possible? lol i was eating tones and it wasnt a growth spurt but i did stop my cardio that week after doing it heapz i dont know lol anywho im blarbering on..
