DUH im just SO new to this

In the exercise plan daily list there are 4 of each exercise marked 15 rep 15 rep 12 rep and 10 rep

Do i have to do all 4 of each exercise in that day or is it to mark each monday of a months exercise.

those are sets you do that day. I'd start with 60-90 seconds between sets.
