I worked out my arms maybe a week ago now. I really enjoy doing them and I think I over did it as a result. Anyway, I was sore later that same day and the next was worse. I think the soreness took about 3-4 days to go away but this is different. My tricep still hurts but only in one position do i really feel it. I can flex with no pain at all its only when i flex and rotate my arm as if to scratch between my shoulders on my back over my head. I get a dull sore stretchy pain. It's different then sore muscle pain, but thats the best way i can describe it. Any thoughts?
