For some reason, when I create a program there are often one or two exercises that duplicate. For instance, on my current program, one of the required exercises is deadlifts. The exercise that follows that is deadlifts again. If you try to swap one, it swaps both. Also, a lot the swap out exercises don't really emphasise the same body part. For instance, I wanted a different exercise for rear deltoids, and it gave me froint raises, which works the front deltoids. Can this be corrected? Thanks.
