Should I start with stretching/weights or cardio first? I am planning on doing 25-30 min cardio and the wt.loss/lean muscle mass program with special abs & shoulder dev.
Do your weights first, then follow it with some moderate cardio. save the hard cardio for in between days. Also, don't just train shoulders and abs. Split your days up to where EVERY muscle group to to have a work out once a week. Target training(just doing abs, or shoulders exclusively or with extra focus) is next to worthless in the long run, especially for weight loss. Also, make sure your diet is in check, because without that, everything else is for nothing.
