Hello everyone. I just started school full time again, and I work every day as well. My schedule is this... I wake up before I have to go to work, either 10am or noon (I know, I just don't have the energy to get up earlier, I like to sleep), on Mondays and Wednesdays. I work until 5:30 then go to school from 6 until 9pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I wake up to go to school for a noon class, then I go right to work at 2pm, then go back to school for another 6 to 9pm class. My schedule is a little screwy.

I haven't been eating anything until about 9pm for 3 or 4 days a week. I know that is VERY bad. I was just curious if anyone knew any easy meals to make that are very portable. I don't eat breakfast, so something fast for breakfast would be nice (for instance what kind of breakfast bar if thats the only thing). But I need to eat throughout the day also I suppose hehe. So I don't know what I could take with me to work and school. Just looking for suggestions.

Grunt, i feel your pain. My meals take a lot of work and I have a home, wife and fairly sane job situation. Try doing a fitbuddy search on college studends, meals etc. There has been a lot written on it. Fitbuddy is at the bottom of this page.

Sorry I can't help much. Sometimes being a geezer has it's advantages. I don't see how collegestudents survive. Goodluck and welcome to FT.

buy a few shaker cups and dry cut in the blender some oatmeal. then add the oatmeal to the shaker cups and put some protein powder in and there you go. just add water when you're ready to drink, it's better than nothing.
