Hi everyone... I have heard too many different suggestions for calories per day for losing bodyfat... I am usually at about 2000, but not losing weight... I've been told anywhere from 1200 to 2100???
If you are eating 2000 a day, and not losing any weight, I would try dropping to 1800 and see if anything changes. Sounds to me like 2000 is your maintinence level.
Hi... well Charlie... currently right now I am 5'8" and 160lbs with 26% bodyfat... I want to do competitions and modeling so I think I want to weigh about 140 or so with maximum 17% BF and preferably lower...
