I've recently started to try eating 5 (3-4 hours between meals) smaller meals a day. However, sometimes I find I am not hungry at the times I should be eating. Should I still eat my scheduled meal or wait until I am hungry?

It's true. I'm hungry about every two hours or less now. It seems like I am eating more than I ever have in my life, yet my bodyfat just keeps going down. Like RW said, just make sure they're healthy foods. A Snickers bar isn't going to do it no matter what the twirp in that commerical says. haha

If you are not hungry, still just grap a protein shake. Your body is happy, your metabolism stays high and you'll get your results.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'm pretty new here and have already "digested" a good amount of useful info...
I have been working out regularly since Jan. and have lost a good amount of body fat. however, I still have about 20 lbs that is being stubborn, so I've been focusing on the nutrition part alot harder now. Just some of the times I was hungry and didn't know if I should "force" it.

Quoting from ravenwolf:
Try changing up your work out routine and try different types of cardio along with HIIT 3 times a week.

That's exactly what I'm doing. I start a new program (that I got form here) today. I've actually been doing some HIIT 5 times a week for the past few weeks and have seen some very nice results.
