Should I eat right after training and if so what should I eat?

lol you should eat right all day everyday, unless your having one of your cheat meals of the week or something. You should eat some simple carbohydrates, and a good amount of protein. You might want to get a whey protein supplement also.

Long story short, your carbohydrates in your PWO shake should be 50/50 maltodextrin dextrose, whey protein, and a small amount of sodium.

I ment should I wait to eat or eat after I work out. I know I should eat right all day. Thanks for the help though.
