hey i had a ? about eating. as a student it is difficult for me to eat the 5-6 smaller portioned meals daily as we should. i tend to eat a large breakfast, average size lunch, then when i come home after sports i eat lots of snacks and have a large dinner. could this possibly be affecting my results???

Guess I need to start eating more too. I had a week off due to a back injury. Needed the rest too I guess. Thanks.

Absolutally. Bodybuilding is 80% nutrtion, 20% gym work. I would suggest sneaking in lots of small healthy meals in between your classes. I am currently going to school also and I make due by eating lots of protein bars and shakes. I know it is hard, but if you want it bad enough, anything is possible. Best of luck.

You're so right sweeny...if you can get your diet down...you're more than half way there...it is SOOO important.

I agree on the shakes and bars...you just gotta do it...

I am trying to find some good prices on bars and shakes...it can really start burning holes in your pockets...

Good Luck to you!

My job keeps me on the road 10 am to 10 pm. I make protein drinks in small drink containers and freeze them. I have a soft cooler to carry them in. They start to melt, shake them good and viola.. a cold protein drink! Be careful with the bars have lots of hidden sugars and questionable protein sources. Read the labels.
Netrition.com has some of the best prices online.
If price isn't a concern Beverly Nutrition has the highest quality protein drinks (thats my opinion and I have tried many in the last 13 years.

Absoulutally. Nutrition is 80% of the bodybuilding picture as a whole. I would recommend getting protein bars for during class and/or protein shakes for in between. I currently go to High school and that has worked out very well for me. If you cannot afford too much protein bars/poweder I would also recommend making small sandwiches for meals throughout the day. Best of luck
