i have my calorie intake so now i need to know when to eat and how often and how far from working out???????

Here's a word of caution to you: If you are using the calorie calculator from this site for weight loss, it's broken. 10-12 calories per pound of body weight is a much better estimate for weight loss.
As far as the eating goes, at least have the big three. I actually eat about six times a day, just in smaller portions. it's good to eat about an hour before working out, and if you can within an hour of so after. So maybe plan a snack before you work out, and then whichever meal(breakfast,lunch, or dinner) afterward.
