Eating 6 times a day

I've read where you should be eating 6 times a day. My question is what to eat when. I filled in my nutrition info but it only tells me what kinds of food to eat. I'm trying to drop about 10 pounds and gain muscle. Any help is appreciated.:)

It doesn't really matter what you eat when, rather what you what you eat period. You want to get protien in all of these meals, along with some good, complex carbs. (Drink lots of water too)

A quick releasing (protien shake/bar, chicken) protien is needed right after working out and a slow releasing protien (dairy, ei: Cottage Cheese) before bed. Also try to avoid eatting to many carbs before bedtime if your trying to lose weight.
