Hi

Im starting my workout and eating program for the next 12 wks...wanting to drop to 12% bf. Im confused. Im about to go to the gym for lifting and then 45 min cardio. Im not sure if I eat carbs now for the lifting then a protein product for the cardio. Im confused. HELP

You'll need some carbs to help fuel your workout. After your entire workout is completed (including cardio), some protein will help.
