I have a question about what to eat. I'm in a situatuion in which I do not like to get up early and end up going straight to school without eating anything then going to school and instead of going to lunch to eat I go to the Library, also no food. Then I come home hungry and end up bingeing and probably gaining weight. My question is what is a fast food to prepare that I can have for breakfast and possibly even lunch? Something fast to make and I can take to school and eat.
