I know you shouldnt eat high fat high carb meals when trying to lose weight, but i was wondering what constitues a high fat/high carb meal? For instance if i eat a meal with 50g carbs, what is the max amount of fat i can have? and if i'm having a high fat snack, like say, nuts, what should the carb grams be like?

You ned to figure out your daily calorie requirements and fit the amounts of carbs and fat you eat per meal into that amount.
There is no set ratio for carbs/fat per meal..it is all going to depend on your calories, your goals and your macronutrient ratio.
Fat should make up anywhere from 20-30% of your daily intake.

The correct fat amounts are so vitally important to healthy living. Those no fat/ultra low fat diets are totally wrong, as the media normally is.
