Hello, all i am new to the ft site, i used to be into body building pretty heavy and have let it go, anyway i am 5'9" and 230# all the talk and information i have seen about the correct nutrition is great, but i have no clue how to shop or search for the nutrients in these foods. can anyone tell me where i can get a customized eating plan on simple foods i can shop at Publix. also any recommendations on what kind of training i should do at my size? (mass or toning)
