what can i eat that has some sugar in it but not a ton when i am on a diet sometimes i get really hungry durying the day what do i do about that

when you have a craving during the day, grab a lite snack. you should be eating 5-6 meals a day if weight loss is your goal. find a protein bar you like or just a sandwich or anything that fits into your nutritional plan from the website will be a good way to start. i get hungry just about every 3 hrs on the hr becuz that is how i eat, if you go for extended periods of time without eating, than you will eat too much when you finally do eat.
as for the sugary snack, i have no ideas for ya man

a sugary snack....fruit :) Also some protein bars are tasty and dessert like....

I find a nice thing is those yogurt smoothies. I buy the Blue Bunny Carb Freedom....low sugar(2 gr. only). 13 gr. of protein, 5 gr. of carbs.
Plus of course they contain live and active yogurt cultures.
