Sample diet...Monday through Friday generally stays the same...
5:30 AM 30 - 45 minutes of cardio
Breakfast: <b>If I have a shake, have it at 7:00 am, if I have oatmeal 8:00 am</b>
1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 packet raisins, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 med banana (or a Spiru-tein shake, 2 scoops with 1.5 cups skim milk, 1 banana and 1 tbs peanut butter)
lunch/am snack: (the oatmeal usually fills me up where I don't have to eat an am snack and a lunch) large salad w/ either lemon pepper tuna or soy meat mixed w/ taco seasoning
Lunchtime: finish cardio if need to and lift. This week Monday did shoulders and abs, Tuesday legs, Thursday Chest and abs, today back and calves, tomorrow triceps biceps abs
PM snack: Another salad w/ either tuna or soy meat
PM snack if hungry: apple
Dinner: depends.... we will have pasta 1x a week but generally chicken w/ a large salad, and lately been having a weight watchers desert, satisfies sweet tooth and gives me something too look forward too.
I think thats its...last night I did have two glasses of wine though and usually have two or three a night fri - sun.
