I really want to eat right, but I'm broke as joke, and I really don't have much time to cook. What are some good nutritional things I can buy that don't require alot of cooking (preferably things I can just take with me to classes).

a good nutritional thing that you can buy that you can take with you to class would probably be a meal replacement bar or shake. You can get these for little money online or at your local nutrition store. GNC's a little on the expensive side

If you look at the bottom of the "recipe thumb tac" thread there is a recipe for making your own protein bars that is really easy, tastes good, and works out a lot cheaper than the shop bought ones.
You just need to mix the ingredients together- no cooking required.
