alright well i've just started lifting again after a few months off due to shoulder surgury and my muscle gain and toning is getting back to normal but i've added about 20-25 pounds during the break, i've been doing alot of abs but i still need help with the front abs and damn lovehandles got alot bigger.i've starting eating alot better and i'm tryin to cut out beer and pop but i'm hoping i could get some tips or suggestions on eating right/healthier to maybe help me with my come back. :cool:
