Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me get an idea of some of the best foods to eat for a proper mix of fats, proteins, and carbs. I'm hitting my calorie goal, which is 3700 a day, but I always seem to have too many fats and not enough carbs. I eat healthy foods, never any fast foods or sodas, and I am kind of lost as to what i should add/remove in my diet to have a proper intake. Thanks a ton for your help yall
