question about this eca stack? I am considering using this to burn a few punds of fat. I'm very unsure how much to take. I am 5 foot 3 and weigh 140lbs. looking to loose 20lba. Can anyone out there help me. One other thing. If i loose what i want, can you just stop taking these pills or do you have to gradually take smaller doese until you are off? Help!!!!

I usually take an ECA stack of 3-2-1... 3 Ephedrine (8mg each), 2 asp, and 1 caf(100mg). But I am sure other people take different variations. I don't think you have to keep taking the stack after the weight is off. Maintaining your target weigth will done in the kitchen and in the gym.

If you're looking to loose weight, you might also want to think about taking CLA and an appetite suppressant such as apple cider vinegar (also keeps the mosquitos away).

listen, take ephedrine in tiny doses(id say 10 to 15 milligrams)and take very little aspirin as well(id say less then they reccomend, and a normal cup of coffee.One of the eca stacks screts to weight loss is appetite supression.
