Hey all - my name is Jesse and I'm new to the boards. I'm 22 yrs old, approx 155 lbs, and am 5'11". I am trying to put on about 20 or 25 lbs and increase my muscle mass as I am thin as a rail. Just looking for some advice to help motivate me. The one discouraging factor for me is that the only advice I ever find is EAT EAT EAT, but unfortunately my schedule doesn't allow for that to happen easily. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!!
Your previous advice is right on: eat, train, eat, sleep, eat - that about somes it up. There is no super-secret program or regimen. Finding time to do this is directly proportional to how serious you are.
