Egg vs Whey

anyone knows the difference... recently, I got a good deal at MuscleMag on Egg proteins. So, I decided to give a try. The taste is a bit different - whey tastes better.

All proteins are good, you should change them up any way. Whey has just gotten a lot of press because some people have a hard time digesting some types of protein but any one can fully digest whey.

I heard whey is one of the only proteins that your body can use the most of when consumed.

WHEY = FAST ABSORPTION
EGG = SLOW ABSORTION

BOTH HIGH QUALITY AND NEEDED.

Whey is fast, egg is just below it. It is also a quick protein, though not as fast as whey. A combo of the 2 is good as egg is the BV that all proteins are compared to.
