I have recently started eating eggbeaters instead of whole eggs, but all I know how to do is scramble them!!! Do you guys know any other quick ways to prepare eggbeaters?
I use them as a post-workout drink. In a blender, mix:
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 or whole banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup eggbeaters or other egg substitute
3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
Makes about 32 ounces of milk and soy protein (about 30 grams worth).
