Ok, why is 1 cup of chopped hard boiled eggs lower in fat than 1 cup of scrambled eggs?
This is according to the FT nutritional info.

Because of what you scramble them in.

I don't scramble my eggs in anything. . . just add about 2tbsp of skim milk in a nonstick pan. . . hmm strange.

Oh one more question since it's eggs. . . why is the only option for HB eggs by the cup, one regular HB egg doesn't make a cup chopped. . . I can only eat 1 at a time.

As far as the HB eggs-cup question. ....No clue. On the scrambled egg thing I'm sure the charts are allowing for what the egg is srambled in. You are unique not using butter, margerine or bacon grease but I am sure you know you are unique. These things are guidlines.
