I make this one for BB1fit every night before he goes to bed.:love:

Eggs and Cottage Cheese
A good staple to your fit diet!


Ingredients and things you will need:


One non-stick skillet

One can of Pam (or other non-stick spray)

2 TBS fat free cottage cheese

1/2 cup green peppers and onions

6 egg whites
Directions

Mix it all together, spray you pan with PAM, cook on low heat (scrambled is the best)

To add a little zing to it, top off with 2 tbs of your fav. salsa

Onions and peppers 15 calories, 1 gram protein, 5 carbs

Cottage cheese, 40 calories, 7 grams protein, 2 carbs

Egg whites, 90 calories, 18 grams protien, no carbs

145 calories total 26 grams of protein and only 7 carbs

Eat this before bed and you will never go to bed with your stomach growling while on a diet:)

PS, the cottage cheese makes the eggs fluffy! :)

im looking for some other pre-bedtime high protein snacks.. right now its usually a glass of milk or cottage cheese, if anyone has any... :)
