I work out on a night till about 9 o clock.Get home have a whey protien shake,about 40 mins after I make a mixture of 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg with a touch of milk adding either salmon/turkey/prawns etc and have it as a scrambled egg.All the posts i read people have eggs on a morning am i just strange or shouldnt i be eating eggs before bed?? thanx

I eat eggs every night before bed. The meal you are describing is an ideal one. Fast and slow digesting proteins.

Yes BB1fit eats 6 egg whites every night before bed, I add a half cup of veggies to and now he even has me put a tablespoon of cottage cheese in them. Although sometimes on Sundays he settles for something else after I spend 3 hours in the kitchen preparing our meals for the week.
