If you get sick of chucking those eggs, you could mix your protein shake with non-fat milk instead of water.

DANGER DANGER! Sorry for the dramatics, but raw eggs can make you sick! You might try some eggwhite substitute or cottage cheese to up the protein ante a little. Or, you can live dangerously and pop in the whole eggs :).

Actually, Alorle is right (beware of salmonella). Of course, I've always assumed that he meant cooked eggs and not raw ones...

Yuck, sorry for not thinking about raw eggs..... I was naive enough to think that nobody eats that anymore today.
I'm on a cutting diet and I eat 10 egg whites a day. I eat them boiled or simply made in the microwave. That's so easy to do. (By the way I also eat daily some chicken and yogurt, drink two protein shakes and almost one liter of milk!! lol).

Hmmm I thought it was petty common ? People I know always put an egg with a milkshake just to make it a little thicker. U cant taste it cos u use a blender. By the way would there be more proteins when its cooked or uncooked ?

Davo, it's safer to always cook eggs! You could get salmonella (this is deadly) from raw ones. As far as the proteins, you get the same number whether or not you cook them.
