eggs(egg whites).

TheGameShan Posts: 64 Joined: 2004/04/10	2004/09/24, 06:10 PM Hi there fellow ft members. its been a great problem for me , that when ever i eat eggs or egg whites only, i get pimples/acne on my face and shoulders and chest too. thats y i dont eat eggs at all not even a single. i want to consume as much protien as i can from eggs , because these are very inexpensive here. so, if any body could help me about how to use egg whites in such a way that i dont get acne that much. plz help me. big andrew, bb1, assimer, carivan, ..........anyone?

Why would you instruct someone to take anti-histamine medications if an allergy has not been diagnosed? What does hepatitus have to do with the skin? I know it would cause jaundice, but I have never seen pimples/acne from that. But its not an alergy, because i have consulted two different skin specialists, and they both say that its not a case of any alergy its simple that my body cant stand so much heat prduced by eggs. That is all But thanx again and one more thing . i didnt wanted to post this topic for a harsh debate, so if any one got offended, i really appologise.Please forgive me.
