Are these waffles really bad for you? I looked at the nutritional content, and it's not really that bad I don't think. It's low in fat, and it has some dietary fiber. Not a good amount of protein at all, but I can handle that. Could you count these into your healthy eating without counting it as a cheat?

I have been researching the foods I eat all month, head is spinning with all I didn't know about. Have always worried about my training, and not what I was eating. If you do a fitbuddy search on trans fat, there is alot to learn. Waffles may be low in fat, but its all trans fat. In my opinion, there are many other healthy choices you could pick from. Oh,and if you are putting syrup on them high-fructose corn syrup is another story in itself

Your "eggo's" are very convenient. Not healthy though. Loaded with bad carbs. Just read the ingredients. How much egg is really in them? Healthy food doesn't come in a box.
Protein is the most important nutrient for cell growth, and they don't conatin much.

An eggo is about as nutritional as a doughnut, considering they are practically made from the same thing.

Pretty sure they have hydrogenated oils in them as well.
99% of the time, if it's processed, pre-manufactured, or pre-cooked, it's bad for you.
