A few weeks back I had a slight pain in my elbow when relaxed AFTER a workout and had though, with a few others here, that it could be my tricep.
Well today I went back onto heavy (for me) bench again and I figured that it is my elbow but not sure why. Let me explain.
When I have the BB at my chest I feel the slight pain in my elbow and as I push out it occasionally "clicks". Now I don't want to suffer any setbacks so here I am asking if anyone has had the same or can offer an insight.
However, the pain/discomfort (not muscular) is more noticable after the workout when simply relaxed.
