Is it normal after working your biceps (especially the reverse barbell curls) to feel tighness in your elbows when you try to lock them(straighten out) ?
This doesn't sound right. You could be going too heavy. Go lighter on the weights and see if that makes a difference. If not, then you may want to see a doc.

Well just realized today that it only last while i have the "pump" feeling, and i wasnt going heavy during my first set and afterwards noticied it along with the pump. i dont understand what i could be.
