Does anyone know anything about this?
Whenever I do overhead tricep extensions, my elbow pops and cracks (sort of like a cracked knuckle?). It only happens one the extension (the UP phase of the lift), and it hurts a little, but mostly its more worrysome and annoying than it is painful. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ya - been there, done that.
Most likely soft-tissue damage. Mine would never bother me on any of the "pushing" triceps' exercises, only the "extension" ones. Lay off those lifts for a while, and treat it like any other soft-tissue injury. Also, check with your Dr., just to be on the safe side: you don't want anything coming back to haunt you in a decade or so...
