a few weeks ago I went heavy on triceps and I have this nagging pain in my elbow. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what was the cause and how to relieve it?

It's probably in your form. As far as relief, RICE therapy for now. You may have to go a little lighter next time, and maintain good form.

Good luck!

A few weeks ago? Is that how long you've had to endure the pain? If so, I suggest giving your arm a timeout as far as working out is concerned, sounds like tennis elbow. I've had it & it's pretty uncomfortable. You may be prolonging its' healing process by continually working out.

Take a week off & see how it feels.

Best of luck.

Can I workout on other areas like back and neck? Or do I have to chill for a while?
