I was wondering what is the best is there really a different between the programs that are on the elliptical machine (random, hill, fat burn, etc) and what is the best or which one would you recommend? Im currently working on losing weight and fat but when i try to different programs and settings some feel like im not really getting a good work out or im not losing as many calories as others....any help is greatly appreciated
