So, im "trolling" the gazillion diet/fitness forum boards that im subscribed to. Reading the same questions, same answers asked/given over and over.

As we allll know, Every body is unique. not one of us is made the same. We are complex creatures. Therefore, what we do has to be tailored just for us.

When you ask a question here or on any forum board, You are going to get a basic answer. Or sometimes you may get varied answers. You will always have the basics tho..(calorie deficit, healthy eating habits, exercise, vitamins, and a few others i cant think of right now).

But when you start asking about supplements, thermogenics, workout programs, macronutrients, etc, no one is going to be able to tell you exactly the right thing to do for you. They can only go by what little information you can put in your profile, look at your body type and offer some *suggestions* based on their experience...and most of the time they will probably be right... However, how your body will respond to any or all of those things they cannot tell you...some things are just gonna have to be trial and error...

Then, once you find something that works, and you try it for a while. You begin to wonder why did it stop working? OMG I WAS LIED TO!!!..hehehe...noooo...
Thats because your body became complacent to it..it adjusted to it....you will find you will constantly be changing things..even just a tiny fraction.

I can go on and on here...and i hope i made any sense..

to sum it up...no matter how hard we try to aspire to look like someone else..Dont set yourself up for dissapointment....we should really be spending that energy embracing our own individuality... We all have our own special qualities.
