Ok, I may have gotten off to a bad start with some people. Let me introduce myself, I am a happily married (sometimes lol), father of 2. My entire life, up until the age of 22 I have been overweight. I lost weight 4 ways: physical labor at a crappy job (good pay though), one meal a day (ANYTHING I WANTED), 45 min at the gym with pure weights and crunches, and with the use of NO2 Platinum. Fast forwarding to 2009, I have ballooned to 22lbs (don't let the picture fool you). Which was a direct result of being a small business owner, a stay at home dad, and merely getting off track. Now, I do understand that it's a quick fix and the no cards is a way for me to drop the weight quickly while my under 25. Once the weight is off I intend to keep it off with the help of the fitness plan and going back to eating one meal a day (ANYTHING I WANT). I am not suggesting that this is a healty way for everyone to loose weight. I'm simply doing this to show that you can do anything that you set your mind to do. And show others the route I chose to get the body I want. If your interested in following my progress I will be posting everday on this site and on Day 14 I will give you a myspace and facebook link with pictures for you to evaluate.(Don't tweet lol)
P.S. As you can see I did not type this just narrated.

"Once the weight is off I intend to keep it off with the help of the fitness plan and going back to eating one meal a day (ANYTHING I WANT)."
I wish you luck, but the above bothers me. At this point I tend to believe the five or six smaller meals per day theory to keep your metabolism balanced and even through the day. But I have heard the theory that it's only us in the Western culture that do this and that the mulit-meals per day is nonsense.
Welcome to the boards and good luck!

Okay northside, I'm not going to try to tear you down here but I'd like to share a little piece of information with you. Sumo wrestlers gain weight by eating only twice a day. They skip breakfast and have a big lunch and dinner. By skipping breakfast, their bodies are primed to store as much fat as possible.
By eating once per day your metabolism is going to slow waaaaay down, and eventually there will be no more weight loss. And most likely the weight is going to creep back on.
I used to weigh a very soft 298 lbs. Right now I'm 205 at right around 10% body fat. Believe me when I say that the things you are doing will put your long term goals of fitness at risk. At your age, the fat would really come off quickly and stay off with the proper diet fitness routine. Maybe not quite as quickly as you'd like, but quickly none the less.
Nobody on here is gonna convince you to change what you're doing, which is fine. It's your life. But the one thing that I ask you on behalf of the community is to NOT recommend your methods to other members, especially beginners on the boards.
