Tommorrow is the last day of my workout plan (or 8th wk). So, what now? Should I take a wk, maybe two, for recovery/resting before getting back.
I'm not very happy with the results. Before doing the FT Plan My routine before was...Mon(Legs) Tue(Chest) Wed(Back/Arms) Thu(shoulders) Fri(cardio/abs and/or repeat another group) I would also did 1HR cardio THU for a while and starting seeing my abs. After the FT Plan I did very little cardio and I feel that I gained about as much as fat as I did muscle. I'm still not even close to where I want to be as far as strength and size. My weight seems to be stuck in the 148-152Lb range. Where do I go from this point? I need a Pro's opinion. I'm even thinking about either getting a trainer or trying out the FT Pro but I have my doubts for both.

Anybody out there? :surprised:
Maybe I should have kept it simple.
Should I go on to a strength training period (heavy weights), train less often then 5 days/wk, try to gain more muscle mass with the FT plan, or try cutting up for a few wk's before going back to weight training? I'm confused about what I would benefit most from. Any suggestions, comments are appriciated...Thanks!

Take a week and rest man. Let your body get some good, well deserved rest.
