This product is boasting a 100% increase in upper body strength and a 245% increase in lower body strength over a 6 week period. Has anybody used this product, and if so have you achieved the same results?

This is not a joke......endothil-cr is a real product advertised in "Men's Health" and several other magazines.....any information that anyone can find on this or any personal experiences with it would be very helpful.

I'm gonna start it tomorrow. I'll let you know how things are going. I heard it will likely take 2-weeks for me to notice.
I'm not sure how to stack it, but I'll be stacking with creatine ethyl ester and tribulus.
If anyone knows why these should not be stacked together, speak now or forever hold your peace.

I read this over the weekend in Men's Health as well. It's not an Anabolic Steroid and was originally produced to fight muscle atrophy in ill/immobile patients. The tests done on it have all indicated simular results to Anabolic Steroids though, however I haven't heard of any side effects.

JD keep us posted on this. Track your intake as well as your gains week to week if you would, and any side effects from it. Not that I'd take this product, at least until a lot more research has been done on it. However I am curious.

I'm seriously considering purchasing this product, but I would like to see some concrete evidence that it really works when taken in conjuntion with a good workout program. I also take into consideration that just because a magazine is reputable does not mean that all of it's advertisers are equally the same.

My only question is this. If it is so powerfule, why isn't there a prescription for it? If it's as powerful as steroids, and it's legal then it shouldn't be sold over the counter.

Finished two cycles... absolutely NOTHING to report. Don't waste your money.
The entire two cycles saw a plateau where there are normally gains. Two friends of mine are in the middle of their second cycle with nothing to show.
Don't waste your money.

jdrgn9 everything else was done as before the supplement?

kinda had a feeling it would turn out this way....there's always big hype behind supplements with the dumbest premises....

the product states that while using it you need to only lift one muscle group per day and burn it out completely for it to work.......i dont know if he did that or not
2006/01/13, 06:16 AM
so in other words work to failure? either through volume or intensity?

yeah, i dont think it matters which way you burn out, but that is what is supposed to make the product work the best

I work only one group per day regardless (after years of lifting, I found my body responds best that way). Seemed a perfect supplement for my training regimen. I had been off of all substances for some time so I was completely clean. Thought about stacking it with some other stuff, but decided against it at the last minute. I wanted to know for sure if it works. I did everything as I usually do, no changes. I didn't want any confounders.

I should also mention that this was in my heavy cycle, where I go to failure. My trainer and I had a good laugh, because I really wanted it to work. He told me it was bunk but that if I wanted to try it he'd be interested to see the results. I'm not the kind of guy that likes to pee on people's parades, so don't feel that I am just trying to shoot down a product. It should have at least had a placebo effect for as much as I wanted it to work (lol).

I have found that it takes about a month to see good results with endothil. I noticed that my bodyfat was lower and the muscles were stronger and harding looking. I was so pleased with my results last year that I have just ordered some more. I know it is expensive, but I believe if you put in the effort to break down the tissue endothil is the real deal. Lack luster workouts won't work no matter what you take.

Curl Jockeys, get outta the squat rack!

I wish everyone would get a partial amnesia and never use 'tone' ever again. (thanks Menance)

That's a good question. I workout hard anyway. I noticed the difference without the product. It definately helps the muscles look harder and more defined. I suppose your question should be asked when we contemplate taking any supplement. I also think ecdysterone helps when you take it throughout the day with your protein. Anyway, I'm going to do a two month supply of endothil and keep up with the changes.

IF you do NOT follow the prescribed workout regiment, & work your body to COMPLETE exhaustion it will NOT work, & you can NOT do generalized FULL BODY workouts.

I have been taken this for 30 days now, & holy §h1?!!!! the size increase in arms & chest is the fastest ive ever seen ANY growth!! It may vary from you, but i am 6'2 215 lbs, btw when i staretd this stuff, i was about 211-212.

Dont knock til you do it right & basically kill urself at the gym, til it hurts & u want to cry!!!

i am a college student, now a senior. i do not work out consistently in the gym, but i work outside with horses on a farm doing physical labor and i always push myself like i am in the gym. i saw an ad for endothil cr and went to a local gnc to inquire, the attendant told me it hadnt been out for a that long so they hadnt had a lot of feedback. IT WORKS. my understanding is that the active ingredient (GTE, not sure of the actual effector molecule)promotes the healing of traumatized muscle, which is why you have to work your body to failure. it is recommended that you work individual muscles (or groups) to be able to focus specifically on fatiguing that group. Also recomended (all of this is in a little pamphlet in the box) is work in supersets. This stuff worked great for me, i noticed results fairly quickly (1-2 weeks)and i had been working out for a while before that. needless to say i am not, no offense, a mass of muscle like the majority of you(i play polo so flexibility is very necessary to be good). i saw large gains not only in strength and size, but also in definition and body fat (undoubtedly due to the energy it takes to repair/build new muscle). Also i didn't take any of the other stuff ive heard of others taking in stacks, such as tribulus terrestrus etc., although i had tried it in the past. The only detrimental aspect of this product that i noticed was a decrease in flexibility, which i attribute to the quick healing of muscles following trauma, so i just stretched alot. to date this is THE BEST supplement i have found
