Breakfast. You need to give you body something to work with, maybe you should try having something half an hour after you get up. Give yourself time to get sorted in the morning and then have something. Wholewheat toast, porridge, fibre cereals, whatever you like. Try and make sure you always have a healthy snack with you for mid-morning as well and drink plenty of water. Have a look on the site, there's plenty of ideas for morning meals etc. See what works for you.

I always feel sick after breakfast, but you've just got to do it, especially if you want to be strong enough to chuck people about the ring!

Have you tried getting up a little earlier in the morning? I can't eat upon waking but if I give myself a 1/2 hr to and hr I find it makes a world of difference.
Breakfast is extremely important. Your body has fasted overnight and you really need that morning fuel to get you going and keep you going until your next meal. Without fuel (food) your body will turn to muscle to fuel itself and that is definitely not good.
